Behavioural response: response to a situation
Subjective outcome: the emotion felt towards the behavioural response. The perceived feelings affect future SC trait and competitive orientation

Verbal persuasion: coaching/feedback convincing the athlete of their ability to perform the skill

What happens if a performer has high self efficacy expectations?
A performer will be more confident and perform well
