What is a profession?
A vital service to society that it cannot provide for itself by means of developed expertise, years of study, and experiential learning.

Expert knowledge builds respect which give professionals more credibility and therefore control.
What is the difference between transactional and transformational leadership.
Transactional is subordinates being motivated by legal obligations whereas transformational is motivation by moral aspirations (creeds, ethos, values)

Describe the Framework of the Ethic.
The framework of the Ethic is the quad chart relationship between the Army as a Profession and the Individual as a Professional split between Legal Foundations (obligations) and Moral Foundations (aspirations).
