Completing the Harakat - 1
- The reciter should open his/her mouth when pronouncing a letter with a Fatha فتحة the same as when he/she pronounces an ألف

2. He/she should circle his/her lips when pronouncing a letter with a Dhammah ضمة the same as their shape when pronouncing the letter واو

- He/she should lower his/her lower jaw andraise the middle of his/her tongue when pronouncing a letter with a Kasrah كسرة
the same as when pronouncing the letter ياء

- Regarding the letter with Sukoon, it is emitted from its original articulation point, not accompanied by anythingpreviously mentioned.

A Dhammahis a short واو , a Fathais a short ألف
and a Kasrahis a short ياء , so the sound of the Harakatis identical to the sound of their origins represented in the maddletters, except that it is shorter.

So when pronouncing a voweledletter we do 2 things:
- We emit the letter from its original articulation point without excessive prolongation of its duration.
- This is immediately followed by the articulationpointoftheoriginoftheHrakah.
