A
- I will look to fully understand the situation and gather information to form an opinion
- I will collate relevant information to substantiate any claims
- I will look to hold a meeting with the Client and their team to discuss the limits of any negotiation e.g. with final accounts
- Try to avoid having an adversarial approach to the negotiation
