- English, read, speak, write, understand
- At least IRA or enrolled in IRA (141 school, otherswise only PPL)
- Ground training - with endoresement
- Pass knowledge test - with endorsement
- Practical test endorsement
- 35hrs ground training (141)
- 120hrs flight training (141) of which..
- 55 hrs must be dual instruction
- 10hrs instrument
- 10hrs in Complex or TAA aircraft
- 100 nm 2hr day XC
- 100 nm, 2hr night XC
- 3hrs in prep for practical test - Pass practical

* A MFD
* A 2 axis autopilot
