No person, plant or source shall operate/construct/install an air pollution source equipment/machines without an adequate/ properly installed control device/s in order to maintain emission in compliance with the provisions and standards.
No applicant shall be allowed to operate a new or modified sources (except for commissioning and testing) until a temporary or regular permit has been issued. Operation without a permit is a violation of this act.
