- Must control apartment door UNTIL members verify on the roof and that the bulkhead door is closed
(If LCO can’t control door he notifies the roof team)

Brings LSR to floor above, then go to roof.
If roof is within 2 floors of fire, then bring LSR to roof.
If there is an LSR rescue, then he operates with LSR. (If not - go to roof)
