A

1) Label test tubes

b. Standard (/ S)
c. Unknown (/ U)
2) Pipette 1,500 uL chloride rgnt to all tubes
3) Add 10 uL of sx to respective tubes and mix
4) Incubate for 5 mins
5) Set the spectrophotometer at 480 nm (semi-automated analyzer can also be used)
