A
  1. When person under arreest
  2. When Police have reasonable grounds to suspect them of having committed an offence
  3. Before asking any questions of the person that are intended to obtain an admission of an offence
  4. When during the course of the questioning a person an officer forms the view that there are grounds to suspect the person having committed offence
  5. When person makes an inquiry of their rights.
