Does not cause disease
What are pathogenic microbes?
Capable of causing disease
What does communicable?
Able to spread from person to person
What is nosocomial infection?
An infection acquired in a healthcare facility
What are the six key components of the chain of infection?

What is the infectious/ causative agent?
Pathogenic microbe responsible for causing infection
