What is Organizational Communication
The process of creating, exchanging, interpreting (correctly or incorrectly) and storing messages within a system of human interrelationships.

Communication is central to the existence of the organization. There are different cultures, different ways of understanding. Organizations don’t exist without communication.

Communication Involves more than the physical act of exchanging messages. Its more than just skill, takes energy, can’t just think about interacting with a person. Misunderstandings can occur at any point.
