What is a representative democracy?
This is when people elect government officials to make decisions.
What is the Marxist power theory?
That governmental power comes from money and economic reasons. Also believed that people are in two economic groups, the workers and owners.
What is the power elite Power Elite?
Power derives from small groups of powerful people like military leaders, top politicians, business leaders, this is a cynical view as this belief is that the power elite make decisions only to benefit themselves.
What is the bureaucrat power in democracy theory?
Power is held by those run it on a daily basis and have a great deal of power on enforcing laws and when to enforce them like police officers
What is the pluralism power in democracy theory?
There are many players in the political realm so there is no way one person or party can control all politics, power is spread among people different people in government, there is no person or party that will win forever,

To protect rights and liberties, to promote equality, and to provide common goods.
