What are personal pronouns?
Personal pronouns are words that we use to replace the noun in a sentence. This means that we don’t have to keep repeating the name of the person, place, animal or thing that we are talking about.

What are possessive pronouns?
Possessive pronouns are used to show ownership and replace the nouns in a sentence.

Examples of personal pronoun sentences?
Eg: ‘Liam and Jackie went to the beach yesterday. HE sunbathed all day and SHE swam most of the time. THEY both enjoyed the day.’
‘Sam was riding his horse Cassie. He fell off.’
Possessive Pronoun examples?
Eg: ‘Steve’s innings showed the power of HIS batting style.’
‘Josh was riding his horse. The horse collapsed and josh cut his knee.’
