Define the preconscious, conscious and unconscious
Levels of consciousness:
Conscious Level
-What you’re aware of in the moment
Preconscious level
- Mental events just outside but can easily be brought back
- easily access info/memories
Unconscious level
- Can occur during sleep
- Anything your body controls without your input

- Risk factor is overweight
What is considered good sleep health?
Standardize routine
Limit bed hours
Eliminate napping
Use bright light during wake hours
Hot shower
Avoid stimulants (caffeine/nicotine) and sleep aids
