they are people who sell the travel products to customers in the agency. They help to create and find suitable holiday packages for customers.

A tour guide leads tourists or tour groups around the country by sightseeing tours and visiting attractions.
what must the tour guide do
They have to be knowledgeable about the attractions and they need to look out for the safety of the tourists.
what happens if a tourist in a tour group does not understand English
the tour guide has to teach the tourist on how to speak to the locals

Meetings - they are used when people come together for the same purpose. Example for a religious gatherings or training sessions

Incentives - they are used as travel benefits for employees which are given by their companies as a reward for their efforts and for all the hardwork they have done for the company
what does the C represent in MICE and what are they for
Conventions - they are gatherings of large groups to exchange ideas , views and knowledge on issues ( like a discussion )
what does the E represent in MICE and what are they for
Exhibition - they are different from conventions. Exhibitions are the largest international trade shows and fairs that are attended by people from all over the world ( Example : Singapore Air Show )
Who are leisure tourists
they are people who travel for pleasure , rest and relaxation
who are mature tourists
they are the elderly who travel for relaxation or just for fun and these people tend to enjoy the historical and culture attractions
