The client has decided they are ready total their physical activity to a new level here.
Educate (client expectation)
An important goal for any Personal Trainer is to teach clients the basic tenants of safe and effective physical activity so they can apply these principles for themselves and eventually teach others these same concepts.
Inspire (client expectation)
Personal Trainers who have taken up the profession because of their personal, positive experience as a personal training client have a built-in story for inspiration.
Focus (client expectation)
Undivided, undistracted, unencumbered, and eye-to-eye focus on their form, speed, posture, grip, stance, breathing, and even facial expressions may help differentiate an easy exercise from one that is pushing the client to the highest levels of exercise intensity.
CEC
Continuing education credits
Measurable goals
These goals are clearly quantifiable by the trainer and client.
Setbacks
Some event or occurrence that moves your goals back for an amount of time.
Experience
The process of discovering a specialty, obtaining a degree, completing internship hours for certification, performing volunteer work, and actual employment will provide the Personal Trainer with many professional opportunities.
Innovator
One who continually introduces new methods and techniques.
