Experience of being fully immersed in an activity.
What is the greatest enemy of self-improvement?
Boredom; you don’t get anything done.
-You can at least learn from failure.
What is a Variable Reward?
A reward that varies in pace creating the element of surprise, which keeps habits interesting and not too repetitive.
What is the difference between Professionals and Amateurs?
Professionals stick to the schedule (even when they don’t feel like it); Amateurs let life get in the way (always have an excuse)
