Excellence- Losing 0.5 to 1% body fat every 2 to 4 weeks
Average- Losing 0.5% body fat every four weeks
Slow- Using less than 0.5% of body fat in four weeks
After beginning and initial nutrition plan, the client isn’t progressing. What are the next steps to take?
Assess adherence and reason for lower compliance.
What are the main possibilities that describe why your client might not be making positive progress? Briefly discuss each.
Poor adherence: they’re not following the plan for practices, And you know this because your adherence tracking demonstrates
Poor adherence: enough on the planner practices but you don’t know it because they are reporting accurately

If you have a client who wants to lose body fat, what are the initial two steps to take with them?
Make sure your client builds up to 5 to 7 hours of exercise per week
