Composed of chains of carbons, hydrogens, and oxygens.
What is a lipid?
A diverse group substances that are largely insoluble in water.
Composed of carbon hydrogen and oxygen.
Stored as adipose tissue(Fat)
Main source of energy for low intensity exercise.
What are proteins?
Contain carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen.
Not typically a primary energy source but it’s important for building you cells and tissues.
