An instance of a processor inside of a CPU chip
Core
A collection of users and computers in a Windows server-based network
Domain - managed by windows servers called domain-controllers
Information added to the front end of a chunk of data
Header - so the data can be interpreted and processed by protocols
A networked collection of LAN’s tied together by devices such as routers
