What should an officer do if a citizen requests to register a bicycle ?

Answer 1

-Complete bike registration form
-Issue decal and give original form to citizen
-Instruct the citizen to place the decal on the down tube of the bike
-Forward copies 2 & 3 to records
Officer shall also inform the citizen that the registration will be purged after 3 years.
