Officers responding to complaints of product tampering shall notify the Office of Environmental Health through PSC in all cases involving suspected or verified food or drug tampering.

Investigation of product tampering

Answer 2

District investigators shall respond to complaints of product tampering. They are responsible for investigating incidents that do not fall under the jurisdiction of another agency. CID investigators shall handle cases of product tampering that involve extortion, homicide.
