God’s presence can be found in Jesus, that freedom from sin and the gift of God’s life of grace are offered to everyone, and that living in God’s presence and for the Kingdom, people can be in God’s life.

- Blessed are they who mourn: for they shall be comforted.
- Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after justice: for they shall have their fill.
- Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
- Blessed are the clean of heart: for they shall see God.
- Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
- Blessed are they that suffer persecution for justice’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Just as salt is necessary for seasoning and making food taste good, and light is necessary to survive, the disciples were important and necessary also

Describe Jesus’ first miracle that was preformed.
His first miracle was performed at the wedding feast in Cana. Here, Mary told her son Jesus that they ran out of wine at the wedding feast. Jesus turned huge water jars of water into wine.
Why did Jesus preform miracles?
Jesus performed miracles to show his divinity and to reveal the presence of God
