A depressive disorder assoc with the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle.
What are primary manifestations of PMDD
Emotional lability and persistent severe anger and irritability
Other manifestations include anergia, overeating and difficulty concentrating.

What is pt education for bupropion ( Wellbutrin)
Advise to observe for headache, dry mouth, GI distress, constipation, tachycardia, nausea, restlessness, or,insomnia
Monitor appetite and wt due to appetite suppression
What are foods to avoid while taking MAOI
Foods that contain tyramine such as ripe avocados or figs
Fermented or smoked meats, liver, dried or cured fish, most cheeses, some beer and wine and protein dietary supplements
