-To take change of this post and all government property in view.
General Order 2?
-To walk my post in a military manner, keeping always on alert and observing everything that takes place within sight or hearing.

Define Terrorism?

-Topple governments, influence top level decisions, and gain recognition for their cause

-Gaining recognition, reducing government credibility, obtaining funds and equipment, disrupting comms, demonstrating power, influencing elections, freeing prisoners, causing a government to overact

-An incident has occurred or intel says terrorist action imminent

-Terrorist attack has occurred or intel says threat very likely
