What is recovery?
It is a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential.
Recovery is supported by four major dimensions

The basic concept of a recovery model is
- …The empowerment of the consumer.
- We want our clients to live their best life.
- They need to know their choices
The recovery model does not focus on full symptom resolution but emphasizes…?
…resilience and control over problems and life.
What is resilience?
