A political culture focused on the collective good that considers the desires and needs of the community first.
moralistic
A political culture that is centered on the individual’s achievement and needs, as opposed to those of the collective.
individualistic
Public institutions acting with authority to levy taxes and to allocate resources for society.
government
A political culture that emphasizes a rigid desire to maintain traditional customs and values.
