What occurs during Prophase?

A
  • Chromatin coils up into chromosomes which forms into chromatids
  • Centrioles form spindle apparutus
  • Nuclear envelope dissolves

A
  • Spindle apparutus moves to the nucleus
  • Chromosomes align at centre of spindle
  • Chromosomes attach by centrometres

A
  • Sister chromatid pairs separate to form 2 chromosomes
  • Spindle pulls on chromosomes seperating them
