Q

What is the pathophysiology of Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy?

A

Hypertrophied interventricular septum is “too close” to MITRAL Valve lealet

  • Leads to outflow tract obstruction
  • Systolic murmur
  • Syncopal episodes
