- unstable angina, CHF, edema, HTN,
- arrhythmias: 2nd degree type 2, 3rd degree block
- throboplebitis
- recent DVT or embolism
- Resting HR >120 or <50 bpm
- Resting SBP >180-200, DBP >110
- drop in SBP>20
- PO2 <60
- SpO2 <90%
