8
Q

adrenaline moa

A

Activation of α adrenoceptors leads to vascular smooth muscle contraction and peripheral vasoconstriction. Activation of β1 adrenoceptors leads to increased heart rate and force of contraction (contractility) i.e. it has positive chronotropic and positive inotropic effects.
