A
CAUTION C: changes in bowel & bladder A: a sore that fails to heal in 6 weeks U: unusual bleeding / discharge T: thickening / lump (breast/elsewhere) I: indigestion / difficulty swallowing O: obvious change in wart / mole (A: asymmetric shape, B: border irregularities, C: color-pigmentation not uniform, D: diameter >6mm) N: nagging cough / hoarseness (rust-colored sputum) \+ change in DTRs \+ proximal muscle weakness \+ night pain \+ pathologic fracture > 45 yrs old
