Q

Takeoff
At 80 KIAS when HOLD annunciated, if autothrottles used

If autothrottles not used, HOLD will not be annunciated

At positive rate of climb

At acceleration height

A

PM “80 KNOTS”

When PM calls “80 KNOTS”, the PF calls “CHECKED” after verifying that his airspeed indicator is operating properly.

PM Confirm automatic V1 callout or call “V1”.

PM “ROTATE”.

PM “POSITIVE RATE” When PM calls “POSITIVE RATE”, the PF call “GEAR UP” after verifying a positive rate of climb on the altimeter.

Approx. 500 ft AGL PM “500” (if no automatic voice
callout)

At 100 feet above minimums/alert height (automatic callout at approx. 80 ft.)

At DA (CAT I), or At DH (CAT II), or at AH (CAT III - Fail Operational)

If off centerline during rollout

At the point during rollout where only 3000 feet of available runway remain, if the airplane has not yet decelerated to below 80 knots.

A

PM “LAND 3”, “LAND 2”, or “NO AUTOLAND” as appropriate (NO AUTOLAND requires a missed approach if CAT II or CAT III).

PM “1,000” (if no automatic voice callout)

PM “Approaching Minimums” or “Approaching Alert Height” as appropriate

PM “Minimums” or “Alert Height”
PF must reply with “Landing”, or “Go-Around”

PM “Centerline, Steer Left”, or “Centerline, Steer Right” PF Acknowledges, disconnects the autopilot and manually steers the airplane.

PM or PF “3000 Feet Remaining” PF Apply max braking
