- Suspected hyperkalemia - EKG exhibiting tall, peaked T waves, prolongation of QRS, low P waves.
- Calcium channel blocker or beta blocker overdose.
- Antidote for magnesium sulfate toxicity.
- Crush Injury Syndrome hyperkalemia.
