Humerus
a long bone in the arm or forelimb that runs from the shoulder to the elbow.
Head of Humerus
Rounded dome shaped. Attaches to shoulder at the glenoid cavity
Greater Tubercle
Boney mass on lateral side of top of humerus opposite the head.
Lesser Tubercle
Small boney mass on medial side of front of humerus
Deltoid Tuberosity
Bulge on the lateral side of the humerus halfway down the shaft
Lateral epicondyle
Outer edge of the bottom of the humerus
Medial epicondyle
Inner edge of the bottom of the humerus
Olecranon Fossa
deep depression on bottom back of humerus
Trochlea
Anterior medial side of center bottom of structure on the humerus
Capitulum
Anterior lateral side of center bottom structure of the humerus
Anatomical Neck
Ridge at the base of the head of the humerus
Ulna
Medial side at top has hook end that attaches to humerus
Olecranon process
Top part of wrench end of ulna
Trochlear notch
curved part of top of ulna
Radial Notch
Small depression on the lateral top of ulna where the radius meets
