Function: Water-proofs, covers body, and makes sweat

Function: Contracts and shortens to cause movement and makes body heat

Function: Provides framework for muscles to attach to, supports body, and makes RBCs

Nervous
Function: Body’s control system, sends messages to muscles and glands

Function: Transports fluid, carries oxygen, carbon dioxide, nutrients, and other substances to and from tissue cells
