define beliefs
a belief is an internal belief that something is true, even though that belief may be unproven or irrational
what are the two sub section of beliefs

- externally generated
define self generated beliefs
self - generated beliefs can come from personal experience, which is the most powerful way for a belief to be formed. Or from reflection which means that they are beliefs based of of what is happening.
define externally generated belief
externally generated beliefs can be percieved from experts by researching, seeking information and advice from qualified people. they can also be generatd form authorities where people in leadership positions bring power which will ensure that people believe what they are sayin
example of self generatted beliefs
for example how much alcohol it takes to gte drunk may be based personal experience, observation and opinions.

an attitude is the way a person expresses or applies their beliefs and values, and is expressed through words and behaviour
