Moving your jaw forward (showing bottom teeth)

Moving jaw back (bringing them back)

Pointing the foot upwards

Plantar flexion
Pointing the foot downward (ballerina)
Inversion
Sole of the foot is turned inward (spraining foot and the bottom is inward)
Eversion
Sole of foot is turned outward (bottom of foot when sprained is outward)
