What is Bandura formula for improving SE through setting goals?
Specify: Direct an individual on exactly what to do
Difficulty: difficult but achievable goals enhance performance
Advantage if the goal generates interest out of the individual
What are the three factors in RECIPROCAL DETERMINISM?
