If Parkinsonian-like movement disorder but lack of response to levodopa

Gait: stumbling, lurching, staggering, wide-based, drunken
Cerebellar ataxia
Deviated/veering walk
Vestibular dysfunction
Myoclonus occurs with upright posture (leg jerking when upright)
