A tissue is a group of cells with similar structure and function working together.

An organ is a collection of tissues. Each organ consists of several tissues working together to perform a specific function.

An organ system is a group of organs that are working together to perform a specific function.

What are Enzymes?
Enzymes are biological catalysts which help the chemical reactions, but are not used up.

Temperature
PH
How does temperature affect enzyme action
The higher the temperature the quicker the enzyme action is, up to a point (40 degrease celsius).
How does PH affect enzyme action
As the PH increases the quicker the enzyme action is, up to a point, as enzymes will stop working after PH 7
