Example of genetic engineering.
A
Bacteria can be a source of insuline through the use of genetic engineering. The insuline gene is take from human cells with enzymes, which is put into the genome of a bacteria cell. This then allows the bacteria to produce insuline, which can be taken and used to treat diabeates.
