- Condition Lever - Cutoff
- Prop Lever - Feather
- Firewall Shutoff Valve - Close
What are the memory items for an engine failure after V1?
- max power “set max pwr”
- airspeed maintain “95 knots”
- “positive rate” - gear up / “gear up, did it feather?”
- “yes it feathered” / “FLC 121”
- “121” - “flaps up”
- trim / A/P on / “QRH - V1 cut”
How would you respond to an unscheduled engine torque increase in flight?
- AP/YD disconnect
- Set Max Power
- Condition Lever - Cutoff Bad Actor
- Prop Lever - Feather
- Firewall Shutoff - Close
What are the memory items for smoke or fumes in the cabin?

How would you respond to unscheduled rudder boost activation?
- maintain directional control

- persists? breaker (starting from top left … breaker will be at 7 over to right, 6 down)
How would you respond to a high cabin differential pressure?
- Bleed Air Valves - Enviro Off
- Oxygen - as req. (crew and pax)
- Descend (as req.)
Why should the power lever not be retarded to verify the failed engine in this aircraft?
It is required for autofeather to work in that it be forward of the mechanical switch location of 90% N1 (an estimated location)
How would you respond to a cracked windshield?
Cracked side window?
Cracked windshield: Descend below 25,000’, increase cabin altitude so that diff is 2.0 - 4.6 psi. Before landing, dump the cabin.
Cracked side window:
1. mask on and descend to altitude that does not require O2
2. reset cabin controller as req. to depressurize cabin (turn way up on outer ring for high cabin altitude)
3. hit dump switch (after reaching zero diff)
