What happens when blood pressure is too high?

- kidney failure

- dizziness
- fainting
- not enough oxygen reaches the brain
What are some lifestyle choices that cause Heart disease?
- too much saturated fat (cholesterol)
- too much salt in diet
- smoking
- having high blood pressure which is caused by alcohol, stress and being overweight
Why is blood in arteries under pressure?
