Peripheral neuropathy
- Loss of distal sensation and motor
- Axonal damage in alcoholism

- Glove stocking pattern of sensory and motor loss
- Postural hypotension

LMN signs
- Loss of reflexes
- Muscle wasting

Immediate s/c B12 injection
