Blocks acetylcholine at muscarinic receptors in bronchial smooth muscle thereby causing bronchodilation.
Dries bronchial tract secretions.

Severe bronchospasm

Hypersensativity
Soy or peanut allergies
Should not be used as a primary acute treatment for bronchospasm

Hypotension may rarely occur
Worsening of narrow angle glaucoma(acute eye pain)
