Also, call IOC to inform GSORM and Manager Cargo services.
Incident:
Light injury, any damage, leaking, radiation.
Accident:
Death or major injury
Major property or environment damage
Off loading a passengers after doors have been closed or in flight.
Usually just a CAR.
But submit ASR if deemed serious.
