Oligoartrite assimétrica, febre, mialgia, conjutivite, iridociclite, cervicite, disúria, polaciúria e secreção uretral

*Tríade clássica - Artrite, Uveíte e Uretrite não-infecciosa

Tratamento:

A

Tetraciclina e Naproxeno 250mg 2x/dia —> Corticóide IA —> Metotrexato 10-25mg/sem -24h-> Ácido fólico 1-4x/sem —> Prednisona 7,5-30mg/dia —> Etanercepte —> Infliximabe
