PF - “In Range Checklist”
When being vectored by ATC (Aircraft Configuration Change #2)
PF - “Flaps 8, Bug 200”
PM - Set Flaps 8, Bug 200 kts
On Base Leg (Aircraft Configuration Change #3)
PF - “Flaps 20, Bug Vt”
PM - Set Flaps 20, Bug Vt Speed
After Flaps 20, Bug Vt
PM - Verify green needles
PF
PF “LOC Captured”
When cleared to join the localizer…….
PF - Will select NAV mode or call for PM to select NAV mode and state “NAV Armed”
When cleared for the approach….
PF will select APPR mode, or call for PM to select APPR mode and state “Approach Armed”
One dot below glide slope
PF - “Gear Down, Flaps 30, Bug 165”
PM - Put Gear Down, Set Flaps 30, Bug 165 knots
Verify……
Final approach fix, crossing altitude, and check for flags
Prior to FAF
PF - “Flaps 45, Bug Vapp, Before Landing Checklist, Set missed approach altitude”
PM - Set Flaps 45, Bug Vapp, Complete Before Landing Checklist, set missed approach altitude
Once inside the Final Approach Fix
PM - “1000’ above DA”
