Ca focuses on the legal and contractual obligations – PM oversees entire project during design, execution and completion.
CA- cost related and contract related issues- PM all aspects
CA – manages variations, contract disputes and drafts contracts – PM project plans and schedules, Manages risks and issues, monitors progress and performance.
